The Solitary Gourmet hit the nail on the head with this one. I’m always looking for spicy food, and the soupless dandan noodles delivered. I’ve really begun to enjoy soupless ramen, so this one hit the spot for me. After mixing, it almost looks like a napolitan pasta, as the sauce coats the noodles thickly, making sure each bite is enjoyable. It’s got some heat, so be careful. The winged gyoza were also tasty, and a must get. The space is small and a bit cluttered, but it adds to the charm. The service was fast and friendly. Definitely recommend.

A little more hype than substance. Solitary Gourmet rarely steers us wrong - and, to be clear, this restaurant is fine - but we felt like this restaurant was a bit of a miss.
The soupless Tan Tan Noodles were not nearly as good as we had hoped; quickly sticking together in the absence of broth. Our dumplings were fine, but not worth traveling for. The fried dumplings were novel. Our pork and chicken dishes were also “fine,” but we left largely disappointed.
Service is friendly and there is a need to get here early. The restaurant is popular due to its TV exposure and fills up quickly.

The tan tan noodles are 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 we also ordered a mapo style aubergine and a salad with tofu skin, carrots and cumcumbers, they are delicious too. A solid recommendation from 孤独のグルメ. Bonus: if you are/speak Chinese, the staff speaks Chinese too.

I have been going to this restaurant for over 10 years. This place serves real Sichuan food at reasonable prices. I took a Chinese friend there who confirmed the authenticity. During recent visits I found the mabodofu a bit oily, but the spice levels continue to be genuine. My favorite item on the menu is the gyoza.

Saw this place on a tv show. Very nice place, a bit small but the food is worth it.
