Yatagarasu Nara Review Summary

So glad that we decided to give this restaurant a try. Everything we ordered tasted good. The deep fried chicken cartilage was my favorite. Didn't try the raw chicken. No English menu. With Google translate, no issue. Service was friendly. It was an enjoyable dinner.

This is an amazing yakitori restaurant. You need to use their tablet to order but they don’t have English language as a choice. But this is ok. Everything on the menu is amazing and delicious. We had 10 chicken skewers set, chicken skin skewers, chicken hormon (innards), Kushikatsu (breaded and fried specialty sticks), and chicken ramen. They have a few cozy Japanese style tables and counter seating. Service was excellent.

Went on a Thursday night maybe that is why our experience was so much worse then the other reviews. Like others said no English option on tablet kinda sucks but not a deal breaker. When almost ever other restaurant dose have at least a paper option with English on the side i feel like its so simple and would have been a very nice touch.
Many of the options were sold out again probably because Thursday night not really sure. Waiter forgot to give us chopsticks so we had to ask when they brought us our food.

Authentic yakitori, each bite was flavor full and delicious. The desert was the best. The service was very hospitable and delightful. Best place to tryout. The ambience was also traditional.
