I visited a high-end Western restaurant in Nishiazabu to have dinner with an acquaintance after work.
Is there an illustration of someone who appears to be a chef on the outside wall of the building? It's impressive and wonderful. The inside of the shop is a bit small, but I felt that this amount of space was perfect. Being a store in Nishiazabu, it's very stylish, but the space has been created to make customers feel comfortable without being overly luxurious, which I thought was perfect.
Now, what food did I order this time?
◯️Raw ham and parmesan cheese salad
2,300 yen
◯Iberian pork rillette with Melba toast
1,100 yen
◯ Horse sashimi tartare
3,000 yen
◯Potato and garlic cream gratin
2,000 yen
◯Yoshoku Toyama's special demi-glace hamburger with mashed potatoes 200g
2,800 yen
◯Lager beer
900 yen x 2
◯Glass of red wine (I forgot the brand)
1500 yen x 2
Total: about ¥16,000
*Number of users: 2 people
Since this is a store in this location, I got the impression that the prices were reasonable.
The dishes that were particularly impressive were
◯Iberian pork rillette with Melba toast
There's enough rillettes to serve on toast, and there's still plenty left over. It was so delicious that I even ate it as is (lol) It goes really well with wine.
◯ Horse sashimi tartare
Tartare made with chopped horse sashimi arranged in a cylindrical shape and sprinkled with shaved cheese. As simple as it is, you can really enjoy the flavor and texture of horse sashimi. It's very delicious and goes well with wine!
◯Western food Toyama's special demi-glace hamburger
This is a recommended dish that you definitely want to try.
Horizontal? It's oval shaped, thick, and delicious with plenty of volume. It has a slightly spicy taste, and when you press the cross section with a knife, the trapped meat juices ooze out. I really like the taste, and it's a dish I'll probably order again when I visit again.
We recommend that you spend a pleasant time enjoying delicious food and wine in our stylish and comfortable restaurant!

Meals can be ordered either as a course or a la carte.
We offer a wide variety of Western dishes that take advantage of our French background.
We are particular about not only the food but also the drinks, with a particularly carefully selected lineup of wines including champagne, white, and red.
On this day, I ordered the following menu a la carte.
・Cool ratatouille and couscous (1,200 yen)
・Mackerel carpaccio with shine muscat (2,400 yen)
・Potato and garlic cream gratin (2,000 yen)
・Wagyu thigh beef stew and linguine (3,800 yen)
・Chicken wing confit (1,200 yen)
・Wagyu beef mince cutlet (1,000 yen)
・Classic Gateau Chocolat (950 yen)
・Sparkling wine glass (1,500 yen)
・Red wine glass (1,300 yen)
Recently, it has become a hot topic among my foodie friends, so I was intrigued and decided to visit for the first time.
The inside of the store has a luxurious feel and has the privacy of a hideaway for adults.
All of the dishes are full of Chef Toyama's originality, and while they have the flavor of a famous French restaurant, the restaurant is positioned to have the best of both worlds: Western food in terms of price and ease of eating.
The most delicious dish was the restaurant's recommended beef stew.
It's filled with tender, stewed Wagyu beef thighs, and the flavor melts in your mouth as soon as you put it in your mouth.
I've eaten beef stew at many different restaurants, but it's no exaggeration to say that this one is the best.
Menchikatsu (minced meat cutlet), which is a must-order when it comes to Western food, is a must-order dish here.
The minced meat cutlet made with Japanese beef is slightly rare in the center, making it a dish where you can enjoy the flavor of the meat itself.
The sauce also brought out the flavor of the meat, making it a dish that truly embodies top-class Western food.
The wine selection was good, especially the red wine, which had a great balance and went well with the food.
I would like to visit you again.

There is a portrait of the chef on the exterior of the restaurant.
What is drawn is a landmark.
As the name suggests, it is a Western food bistro.
From hamburgers and gratin
Pade de campagne and duck confit
A restaurant where you can enjoy bistro cuisine
Order a la carte instead of course
I have nothing to say about this either.
Among them, the menu that impressed me the most
Burrata cheese and Tone persimmon
Marinated cherry tomatoes
It's more like an appetizer or a dessert.
The tomatoes were also very sweet.
Seared Amakusa Daio, the legendary local chicken from Kumamoto
Made in Kumamoto, the chef's hometown. 3 types
Assortment of fillet, breast, and thigh
Style served with sweet soy sauce from Kyushu
Each one had a slightly different texture.
TOYAMA's Pade de Campagne
A dish specially selected by Chef Toyama.
Even half the potion is enough for two people.
Goes well with mustard
Toyama minced meat cutlet
Meat juice overflowing when knife is inserted
Isn't it the best from the sound? crispy
The meat on the outside and bursting in your mouth.
Make you smile every time you take a bite
Even after I finished eating, I was still immersed in the aftertaste.
It was the ultimate minced meat cutlet.
You will either like it or hate it.

I received three types of red wine.
An indispensable part of any dish
wine. With unique blue cheese
The taste makes you want to gulp it down.
It was about.

Toyama special Gandhi curry
As a curry lover, it was an instinctive choice.
It's a so-called medicinal dish, and spice is effective.
Is it cardamom? saffron rice
has progressed. My friend also highly praised it.
Dessert is separate
A slightly hard and rich pudding
The way it is presented is unique and I like the firmness.
