Yōshoku Bistro Tōyama

Best meal I had in Tokyo and I have eaten a lot of places. Omakase was just amazing.

I visited a high-end Western restaurant in Nishiazabu to have dinner with an acquaintance after work.

Is there an illustration of someone who appears to be a chef on the outside wall of the building? It's impressive and wonderful. The inside of the shop is a bit small, but I felt that this amount of space was perfect. Being a store in Nishiazabu, it's very stylish, but the space has been created to make customers feel comfortable without being overly luxurious, which I thought was perfect.

Since this is a store in this location, I got the impression that the prices were reasonable.

The dishes that were particularly impressive were

◯Iberian pork rillette with Melba toast
There's enough rillettes to serve on toast, and there's still plenty left over. It was so delicious that I even ate it as is (lol) It goes really well with wine.

◯ Horse sashimi tartare
Tartare made with chopped horse sashimi arranged in a cylindrical shape and sprinkled with shaved cheese. As simple as it is, you can really enjoy the flavor and texture of horse sashimi. It's very delicious and goes well with wine!

◯Western food Toyama's special demi-glace hamburger
This is a recommended dish that you definitely want to try.
Horizontal? It's oval shaped, thick, and delicious with plenty of volume. It has a slightly spicy taste, and when you press the cross section with a knife, the trapped meat juices ooze out. I really like the taste, and it's a dish I'll probably order again when I visit again.

Recently, it has become a hot topic among my foodie friends, so I was intrigued and decided to visit for the first time.
The inside of the store has a luxurious feel and has the privacy of a hideaway for adults.

All of the dishes are full of Chef Toyama's originality, and while they have the flavor of a famous French restaurant, the restaurant is positioned to have the best of both worlds: Western food in terms of price and ease of eating.

The most delicious dish was the restaurant's recommended beef stew.
It's filled with tender, stewed Wagyu beef thighs, and the flavor melts in your mouth as soon as you put it in your mouth.
I've eaten beef stew at many different restaurants, but it's no exaggeration to say that this one is the best.

Menchikatsu (minced meat cutlet), which is a must-order when it comes to Western food, is a must-order dish here.
The minced meat cutlet made with Japanese beef is slightly rare in the center, making it a dish where you can enjoy the flavor of the meat itself.
The sauce also brought out the flavor of the meat, making it a dish that truly embodies top-class Western food.

The wine selection was good, especially the red wine, which had a great balance and went well with the food.
