Must visit coffee roaster cafe when you are at Happo. I order a soy milk cafe mocha and the walnut orange peel cake, both are so good. They sell a variety of coffee all over the world and roast the bean themselves.

Cosy comforting cafe with excellent mountain views. Easily the best coffee I have had at Hakuba with coffee Roastery on site and beautifully crafted latte art. The blueberry maple cake is delightful with lots of sweet blueberry and crisp outside layer and soft maple cake inside. Such a nice treat while watching the snow gently fall outside.
