About 5 minutes walk from Kugenuma Kaigan Station? Bakery!
Business hours are 8:00-19:00, closed on Tuesdays and 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month.
It's nice to be able to do it from early in the morning until late at night!
I arrived before 5:30pm on a weekday, but there were still plenty of breads to choose from, and the store was empty and comfortable.
Although it's a bit pricey, the bread I bought had a lot of firm dough and was very delicious.
I felt like there were a lot of breads made with anchovies, olives🫒, and figs.
For chewy lovers,
I recommend French bread🇫🇷🍞.
Both the chewy ears and the inside are very satisfying.
The anchovy olive bread was also delicious.
Perhaps my nose was bad, but the croissant felt like it had a light buttery texture.
Also, the hard fig bread was a little dry, perhaps due to the time of day I ate it, so it might be better to eat it with fats such as butter or cheese, jam, or honey.
I would like to visit again if I pass by nearby.

It's one of my favorite bakeries! There is a wide variety of breads to choose from, from simple hard breads to side dish breads and dessert breads.
The focaccia is especially delicious! The amount of oil, the flavor of the herbs, and the salty taste are exquisite and it's absolutely delicious. I would like you to go and buy it freshly baked. Hard bread is chewy but fluffy on the inside. Good balance.
There is some eat-in space, and they offer free coffee.
