Business hours are 8:00-19:00, closed on Tuesdays and 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month.
It's nice to be able to do it from early in the morning until late at night!
I arrived before 5:30pm on a weekday, but there were still plenty of breads to choose from, and the store was empty and comfortable.
Although it's a bit pricey, the bread I bought had a lot of firm dough and was very delicious.
I felt like there were a lot of breads made with anchovies, olives🫒, and figs.
For chewy lovers,
I recommend French bread🇫🇷🍞.
Both the chewy ears and the inside are very satisfying.
The anchovy olive bread was also delicious.
Perhaps my nose was bad, but the croissant felt like it had a light buttery texture.
Also, the hard fig bread was a little dry, perhaps due to the time of day I ate it, so it might be better to eat it with fats such as butter or cheese, jam, or honey.
I would like to visit again if I pass by nearby.
