Cozy and cute school bus themed food truck cafe. Was a big fan of the original Makkari location, so was very glad to see them reopen in Hirafu. Easy access after skiing.
The soft serve is always a classic après ski treat, but a slept on item is definitely the potato and cheese crepe. Super fresh ingredients, warm, and savory. Prepared right in front of you, and priced well.
Worth a try.
