Bread made by hand using homemade grape yeast. I had bean bread and peppery olive bread. It is a chewy and flavorful bread.

I've been a big fan of this bread for several years since I ate it at Shinekoya, and my family visits this shop about once a week, taking a 20-minute bicycle ride from Kamakura City ^ ^
I also request that they buy my own bread, and I am always impressed by how delicious it is!
We tend to have a strong natural mindset, but when you eat this bread, you can tell that it's a 'bread that's kind to the body', with a focus on natural yeast and other ingredients ^ ^
The owner is also very friendly and makes me feel better every time I meet him!

I bought and ate almost every type of bread that was in the store at that time, and they were all delicious!

It goes without saying, but each piece of bread is genuine and genuine. However, in Japan, which is full of additives, finding a bakery like this is extremely difficult.

However, since I went there late, I wasn't able to buy all the types of bread. Next time, I want to go as soon as possible and buy a lot of bread!
