The dorayaki has a chewy skin and is good. It's different from the dorayaki you can buy at convenience stores, so that's a good reason to buy it here. The sweetness of the red bean paste is just right.

The mandarin orange daifuku was delicious. Actually, I was surprised at how delicious the mandarin oranges were. It's so sweet that it rivals the white bean paste (?) painted on the surface of mochi. The mochi is also quite thin so it doesn't interfere with the mandarin oranges. The thinly coated white bean paste is also sweet enough to not overpower the mandarin oranges. Wow, Mikan is too amazing.

On holidays, there are lines from early in the morning. There is a bicycle storage area next to the store, and there is also a coin parking nearby. I went to buy Kashiwamochi on Children's Day. The dorayaki with a carp streamer print was also delicious. You can buy one for around 200 yen. Great for souvenirs.

I bought fruit daifuku (mandarin oranges) and mochi.
If you want to look good, go for fruit daifuku, and if you want taste, go for mochi!

Fruit Daifuku is also delicious, but it's a little expensive at about 350 yen each.
The expiry date is also the same day.

On the other hand, the mochi costs 210 yen and has a long shelf life, so it's perfect as a souvenir for a large group.
There are strained bean paste and grained bean paste.

When you stop by, you'll find a variety of delicious seasonal items lined up at the store, including chestnut dorayaki and sakuramochi in the spring. Buns are also good.
During Boy's Festival and Shichi-Go-San. This is a Japanese sweets shop where you can also purchase sekihan.
It would be great if it would make people happy as a souvenir.

A Japanese sweets shop loved by locals. The bean paste is purchased from Shonan Bean Manufacturing. They also sell purchased confectionery, but their main selling point is daifuku made with seasonal fruits. A confectionery called gomochi, made with sticky dough and stuffed with red bean paste. This one has both grained red bean paste and koshian, but the others have more grainy red bean paste.
The sweets change with the seasons, such as cherry blossoms and chestnuts, so it's hard to get bored even if you go here often. The problem is that I wish the person who seemed to be the owner's wife was a little more friendly. It doesn't seem like he doesn't want to talk, but he doesn't seem like he's actively trying to talk, much less saying anything unnecessary.
However, it is important to have a Japanese sweets shop like this in your neighborhood. I hope you continue to do your best.
