On the way back from sightseeing in Nikko, you can easily enjoy Yuba. When I searched the web, I found this Yuba Musubi (480 yen), and looked forward to it as I searched for a store.
When you drive from Nikko Toshogu Shrine to Tobu Nikko Station, you will find it on the left.
There is a parking lot opposite the store and you can park there.
When I entered the store, a friendly female staff member told me about it and I purchased Yuba Musubi.
It looked like we could eat in, but we took out.
When taking home food, it is better to warm it up a little before eating it than when it is cold.
Wrapped rice with tofu skin and seasoned with gentle flavor.
The slightly flavorful pickles served as a side dish add a nice accent.
It might taste even better freshly made.
