“Hishiya” is said to be a phantom yokan.
It sold out on the first day and I was able to purchase it the next day.
It's amazing that a single bottle of yokan has been in business for 150 years, but it also has a wonderful taste that seems ordinary but can't be found anywhere else!
I like everything, but it has a much lighter and deeper flavor than the heavy yokan.
