It's been a long time since I've been to a perfect restaurant. There aren't many oden restaurants where you can enjoy so many variations of soup stock that go well with each other.

This is an oden shop that my boss took me to. It was too elegant and high-class to be called an oden shop. We take Kansai-style oden and make it into a single dish by adding extra effort to each dish. I was surprised by the ingredients, which are rare in oden, such as conger eel, tomatoes, and clams, which you would never see in oden in the Kanto region. The taste was very delicious, with a light taste and an elegant taste that allowed you to enjoy the taste and texture of the ingredients. As expected from a Ginza store, the price of each item was not known until the checkout, so I thought that unless my boss was arrogant, I wouldn't have been able to come alone for the first time.
