We were welcomed warmly and with polite customer service in a bright and welcoming store.
The limited edition scallop butter was grilled to a near-rare condition, making it soft and sweet.
The okonomiyaki pork tempura had a fluffy texture, the pork was crispy and fragrant, and the cabbage had a crunchy texture, and it was sweet and delicious.
The cabbage is not cut into pieces and is chopped with a trowel during cooking, which enhances the sweetness.
The customer next to me ordered monja and it was fragrant, and the rice crackers were big and crunchy and looked delicious.
It seems to be a technique that can be used because it is baked without creating a bank.
Next time I would like to try the 4 types of yakisoba.
Currently, they are only open from 2pm, but from December they will also be open for lunch, where you can eat hamburgers from the previous store, BIRDIE, and they seem to be thinking about making BIRDIE dressings as well.

I visited Katsushika Symphony Hall, which is right in front of the restaurant, for a meal before the show started.

There are relatively many counter seats, so if you're a solo customer and want to eat okonomiyaki, monja, or teppanyaki, it's a good place to go. There are also half-sized portions of your choice. The shopkeeper looks a little scary, but he's quite interesting when you talk to him.

Monja, okonomiyaki is all delicious. A restaurant where the whole family can enjoy drinking together. You can also eat hamburgers from the previous Western restaurant Birdie! it's recommended.
