The Bar & Cigar Lounge

The service here is top-notch, and they have an extensive wine list. Even if a cocktail isn't listed on the menu, just name it and they'll be able to mix it for you.

The best thing about staying at Park Hyatt Niseko was the bar. You can order multiple types of Yoichi whiskey and Akkeshi whisky. The bar staff were polite and the service was excellent. If you are staying at Park Hyatt Niseko, we highly recommend visiting this bar.

(The only staff members are foreigners), so you can feel more at home.

Of course, we also have Hokkaido's famous sake, including wines from Yoichi, Akkeshi, and Hirakawa wineries.
Unfortunately, there was no hot weather in Akkeshi on May 2nd, but it seems to be possible depending on the time of year.

There's also a menu, so it's easy to come in even if you don't usually go to bars at hotels.
The explanations about the cheese are in English, which is charming, but that may be one of the ways you can enjoy Park Hyatt Niseko while staying in Japan.

You can relax and enjoy the feeling of being abroad while staying in Japan.
