Cute little restaurant, friendly and helpful staff (normal for Japan of course), delicious local style mountain and teppanyaki cooked in front of you and reasonable prices.

Excellent Okonomiyaki. My airbnb was around the corner and if you come to Hiroshima and not have Okonomiyaki, did you really come to Hiroshima?
Nonetheless, I thought it was a bookstore in the beginning as it was hard to tell with the doors closed that the place was a restaurant. It is a very mom and pop feel. They had an English menu which was awesome.
The Okonomiyaki was made fresh right before our eyes. The soba noodles were yummy and this place was very generous with toppings. The sauce on top was just perfection. Staff was nice even with the language barrier.
