A sweets shop in Rusutsu Village. This shop is famous for its miso manju, which makes you go crazy just hearing the name. There are quite a few miso manju signboards all over town.
The store is located in the middle of Rusutsu Village, and there is no parking lot, but there is a public parking lot across the road, and if it's far away, it's okay to park on the street next to the store. There's a police box nearby, so it's a little scary to park on the street, but the lady here told me that if you park on the street for the purpose of shopping at this store, you don't have to say anything.
The main sweet, miso manju, I timidly tried to eat, wondering if it was actually miso itself, and found it to be extremely delicious! ! The skin was chewy and the filling had a refreshing sweetness, so I could eat it as much as I wanted. As the name suggests, miso was kneaded into the skin, and the slight miso scent was a perfect match.
When you think of Rusutsu, you think of miso manju. Some of my acquaintances talk about this.
