Vanitoy Bagel Kura Tsukuri Honten

We walked past this bagel stand in our way from the station and we’re drawn over to the display case full of yummy looking bagels and fresh baked smell in the morning. While they look just like New York Bagels, they are a bit softer. The flavor range is amazing though and we got a piping hot spinach and cheese fresh out of the oven. Definitely worth a stop here when you’re in Kawagoe.

I love the view from the second floor because you get to see the busy streets of KOEDO, the old Japan. Japan never ceases to amaze me. I was just about to buy a bagel but ended up ordering the set menu and I didn’t regretted it. The meal was delicious and affordable I am planning go back here .

Convinient place just in front of bus stop. Delicious bagel with valuable price offered before 11:30 am. A good choice for breakfast and a wonderful start of a day.

We stumbled across the takeout version of shop close to the train station. We were really hungry from lots of walking and cautiously bought one bagel to try. We got the Margherita bagel. It was the most delicious bagel we ever had & so fluffy! We returned straight away and bought a few other flavours as snacks for later. They didn't last long. I haven't stopped thinking about how delicious those bagels were. The variety of flavours is so exciting. I tried to relive the experience with different bagel outlets in Tokyo and Osaka but was sorely disappointed. Vanitoy = Bagel heaven.

Bagels and coffee art. We used the take-out service, there is also seating upstairs. There is one table outside. We got take out latte and bagels. We got charged the coffee shop price for artistic coffee that we never saw. Allergy information is not displayed, but the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They do sell dairy free bagels. Bagels are healthy and quite nice.
