Never miss Nagata's speciality soba meshi (srir fried mixed rice with chopped noodle with sauce).

Their sobameshi and nikuten are fantastic.

(nikuten is very thin negiyaki with stewed beef tendon and Japanese yam cake "konjac".
This stewed beef tendon and konjac mixed food is called bokkake or sujikon. Bokkake, negiyaki and okonomiyaki are also Nagata's soul food.
Negiyaki is kind of japanese pancake. it is quite close to okonomiyaki. The biggest difference between okonomiyaki and negiyaki is ingredients. okonomiyaki uses more cabbage and negiyaki uses green part of onion leaks.)

Staff are very kind.

[Sacred place of flour]
I went to Nagata for the first time.
Search for highly rated restaurants on Tabelog and order takeout.
I called in advance to confirm daytime business hours.
I have to be there by 2:30pm ❗️

While staring at the menu sign posted in front of the restaurant, I asked the staff for recommendations and honestly asked questions about what I didn't understand (I'm a resident of Hyogo prefecture, but I'm an outsider).

When I asked him to put an egg in the sujiyaki, he said it would be better not to add it, and when I asked if Champonyaki was udon and soba, he said that in this area, they say sobayaki and udon. I was told that.
When I asked her what she recommended, she told me that it was sobameshi.
After much thought,
・Sujiyaki 630 yen
・Soba Yaki Suji Udon 820 yen
For takeout, pay in advance.

I was told to come pick it up by 2:30, so I'll wait here❗️ and waited in front of the store, but I was also curious about the inside of the store and when I looked in, I saw that they were selling sauce. I found out and bought the sauce as well.
Brother sauce and Brother dorokara sauce.
When I tried to buy the larger one with the sauce from Doro, I was advised that it would be extremely spicy, so I bought the smaller one.

It took about 10 minutes to bake, and I was surprised at how fast it was.

We drove home, drank beer and ate.
It was still slightly warm, the sujiyaki was fragrant, and the sobayaki suji udon had plenty of sinew and cabbage, and was perfectly grilled and very delicious.

I was surprised at how delicious it was even after about an hour when I took it home.

Next time I wanted to eat at a restaurant❗️.

It was very delicious! I think you should definitely stop by if you come to Nagata.
I was a little nervous because there was no board to write my name in front of the store, but the woman who ran the store kept coming by to check on me, so I put up with it. You will be asked for the menu first, so your order will arrive as soon as you are called.
Sobameshi is a standard dish, but the seasonal oyster soba was also delicious.
There are sauces that come with a brush and sauces for dipping, but the soba type is for dipping.
It comes with a light seasoning, so add the sauce to your liking. If you want spiciness, you can also add some chili pepper.
There are only 6 four-person tables, so you may have to wait a while, but this is a restaurant you definitely want to wait for.

Translated from Japanese:

A famous okonomiyaki restaurant in Kobe. A store I've always wanted to go to. I arrived around 13:00 and entered the store. There were no other customers, so it was time for a leisurely lunch. After ordering Bokkake Soba Modern from the menu, I wanted to try Soba Meshi as well...

Translated from Japanese:

Speaking of Kobe's sacred place for okonomiyaki, Nagata is definitely one of them. Nagata visited Yuki in the Nishi-Kobe Center Gai shopping district near Komagabayashi Station on the Kaigan Line of the Kobe Municipal Subway. By the way, nearby is the birthplace of sobameshi...
