I was impressed by how delicious real shark fin is. There are times when shark fin is simply simmered in a thick, rich soup and is the signature menu item. The other dishes were also carefully prepared and were a delight. Although the prices are not cheap by any means, if you want to enjoy Chinese cuisine, Akasaka Kaetsurou is definitely recommended.
