A modern chic coffee shop sit inside a traditional house. Relaxing and chilled. Tried Kenya hand drip. Nice!

I happened to come across it while driving around Japan and it turned out to be a great decision!
Not only was the store stylish, but I was also happy to be greeted by the very hospitable staff.
The coffee and sweets are of course delicious, the presentation is beautiful, and the tableware is carefully selected. Apparently the pudding is sometimes sold out in the morning, but I was lucky to be able to eat it.
It's great to be able to relax in a restaurant with a great atmosphere. The tatami seats were also stylish.

When you purchase coffee beans, you can receive up to two cups of drip coffee or cold brew coffee for your family, which is a surprising service. It was ok to take out, and I was grateful for the suggestion.
The coffee is roasted after you order it, so you can get a very fresh and fragrant product (though it may not be suitable if you want to drink it right away).

Overall I'm very satisfied◎
They also have a subscription service, so I'm jealous of people who live nearby, but I'd definitely stop by next time I'm here (^^)

I found this coffee shop by chance while sightseeing in Hitoyoshi from Kagoshima. The hard puddings on the menu looked delicious, but they were sold out, so the staff recommended the popular drinks Asaha Coffee and Tora Monaka. It was so delicious that you can see why it's so popular.
As a pudding fan, I really wanted to try some hard pudding, so I came back here again. This time I ordered pudding and coffee and asked the staff to recommend a coffee that would go well with the pudding. The pudding and coffee are so delicious that I want to come back again. They also sell coffee beans, so even though I don't know much about coffee, the staff will carefully tell me about the flavors I like and the characteristics of the beans, so I'm thinking of purchasing them next time. This is a coffee shop that will make you want to come back again due to the calm atmosphere of the shop and the courteous customer service of the staff.

I stopped by while sightseeing.
The stylish exterior and interior look like an old folk house (perhaps renovated?).
We had drip coffee, cold brew coffee, and Japanese sweets.
You can choose from 3 types of beans + decaf for drip coffee, and 2 types of cold brew coffee to enjoy your favorite coffee.
When I asked him various questions about the types of beans, he answered carefully.
I ordered a Papua New Guinea drip coffee that I had never tried before.
A refreshing and clean taste with richness and sweetness. Balanced and delicious.
I love cafes! Not only that, I love coffee! It was a restaurant that would satisfy even those who say so.

I went at noon on a public holiday.
I was able to order right away without being crowded.
We were able to use the 1st and 2nd floors for eating and drinking.
The second floor, accessed by stairs, was a very relaxing and comfortable space.
This time I had Asaba coffee and pudding.
The pudding was hard and the carmel sauce had just the right amount of bitterness.
There is a large parking lot immediately visible from the store.
