At the entrance, there was this restaurant that went up to the second floor and another Italian restaurant that went down to the first basement floor.
I chose the store on the second floor based on the sign and atmosphere.
First, I ordered draft beer, and then it looked like it would be snacks. I ordered roasted onions, wine, and carbonara, which is rumored to be a signature dish.
The onion loin tasted different than I expected.
The color looks delicious, but...
The crispy bacon in the carbonara was too crispy, so the texture was a bit off, but the taste was good.
I was eating squid ink risotto at this table. I'd definitely like to order this next time I'm here.
The variety of drinks was amazing, and I wanted to try beer and wine again.

2 bottles of wine, 7 glasses of beer and Italian highballs, and 8 dishes for 23,000 yen. It's cheap? It is 7700 yen per person. I would love for you to visit.

The drink menu is also cheap and has a wide variety. Their famous Naminami glass wine is 500 yen and comes in three varieties each of white and red, the sparkling wine is 650 yen and they pour it so hard you'll almost spill it, and the bottled wine is also very reasonably priced, starting at 2,000 yen. We also have beer and original cocktails. Every time I eat and drink without hesitation, I leave with a satisfied stomach and soul!

■Fresh! Assorted seasonal seafood appetizers
The menu changes depending on the day, such as carpaccio of red sea bream from Ehime Prefecture, octopus stewed in soft vinegar, sardella of spicy and delicious raw whitebait, and Italian version of Hokkaido smelt smelt pickled in Nanban. You can drink as many glasses of wine as you want with just this (lol)
■Assortment of raw ham, salami, and homemade pickles
This is raw ham and salami from Levoni, a top brand of processed meat products in the Parma region of Italy. The prosciutto has a slight sweetness that spreads in your mouth, and the salami has a strong salty and umami flavor that lingers. It goes well with Asti, a fruity and gorgeous sweet sparkling wine.
■Homemade focaccia
The focaccia, which is baked in the shop every evening, only costs 100 yen but is very filling! It's a must-try item as it goes perfectly with seafood appetizers and prosciutto.
■Carbonara
The pasta at Bancarella Gioia is delicious! Carbonara has a super rich flavor with plenty of eggs and cheese. Unlike the Japanese version, which is filled with fresh cream, the authentic Italian version of rich and delicious carbonara is exquisite.
■Pescatore
The pescatore at Bancarella Gioia is a little different from other restaurants. Generally, pescatore is often tomato sauce-based, but this one is oil-based. The main flavor is the seafood soup stock, so you can fully enjoy the flavor of seafood, making this pasta a must-have for seafood lovers! Add the remaining sauce to the focaccia.
