Just fabulous quality bread and pastries. The mentai rolls are proper sourdough and rich in flavour. The cannels were divine. The bacon sticks are smokey with a little mustard tucked in there too. Everything we tried was delicious.

Only wish they did tea and coffee to make the visit perfect!

Immediately after getting off at Toranomon Hills Station, it is located behind the escalator in front of you on the right (food court entrance). I don't often go to the shops in Higashi Nihonbashi, so I'm glad to be here in Toranomon.This time I bought a cinnamon roll for 420 yen (or so?). It's basically a roll, but the roll has layers like a croissant, so you can always feel the cinnamon paste. It's not too sweet, yet has layers of spicy and fragrant cinnamon that are irresistible. Also, the sugar bits on the top look great for a mature look. The dough also doesn't have that characteristic oily feeling, and is smooth and chewy, making it satisfying to eat. It doesn't leave your hands sticky either. Definitely a repeat purchase! Thank you for the meal.
