A must-try if you're in the area. They begin accepting reservations at 8 am for service starting at 10 am, so make sure to queue up before 8 am to secure your spot for the day.
Just a heads up: A 1000 yen deposit per person is required, and they conveniently accept both cash and credit card transactions.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the pancakes – oh, the pancakes – are the best we've ever had. They're super fluffy and jiggly, absolutely delicious.

You need to get here early to reserve your place in the morning for later on in the day, seats fill up fast!

Nothing short of spectacular once you’re in, sat at the chefs counter. You get to watch the chef make your pancakes with such care and attention, it’s like a theatrical show!

Ordered one matcha and one eggs Benedict pancakes, both were delicious, soft, fluffy pancakes.

If you want this for breakfast you need to plan ahead. They open at 10 but start taking reservations at 8:30 and there is a queue. We got in line around 8:45 and the earliest reservation was at 12:30. We went for lunch and I have to admit the pancakes are worth the wait. They are made perfectly and taste just as good as they look.
