Wonderful experience. My wife and I got here early to beat the rush, and it was a tremendous experience. We had a couple glasses of champagne with our brunch, followed by the egg sandwich and poached egg dish for my wife. We split the fluffy pancakes because that was on our bucket list — we were not disappointed! The venue is super swanky, and the views are, very nice. If you’re looking for a cool upscale place to get breakfast, this is it.

Love their famous ricotta hotcakes!! So fluffy and soft with a nice crispy edge. Very flavorful too unlike the other Japanese Souffle pancakes which are flavorless. The banana is a nice touch for texture and flavor. Love the generous portion of butter and maple syrup which makes each bite so decadent and delicious.

Also got their sourdough with scrambled eggs. Very decent sourdough that is crunchy and chewy, not very sour though.

Came around 9am and was lucky to get a seat but then long line afterwards. Booking okay.

I went there with a friend for brunch and had a good experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and fluent in English, making it easy for international visitors to feel welcome. An English menu is available, which is a thoughtful touch for those who may not be familiar with Japanese.
Wheelchair access is also available.
Given its popularity among tourists, it's highly recommended to book in advance. Without a reservation, you might find yourself waiting for 10-30 minutes.

The quality of the food is excellent, and although it's a bit pricey, it's well worth it for the experience and the vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant.

Last day in Tokyo my friends and I were searching a place where they sell fluffy Japanese pancakes. The first place we went had a wait time of 6 hours. We couldn't wait that long as we had to catch a flight. Then I googled another restaurant and bills was 8 minutes away. They only sell one type of pancake and at this point it is what it is. The lady took our names and we waited like 40 minutes. The ricotta hotcakes were delicious. The restaurant delivered a delightful dining experience with its delicious food and laid-back atmosphere. Next time I visit Tokyo, I will still find time to go to bills to enjoy.

This breakfast spot is fantastic! The food is delicious and freshly prepared, the coffee is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Perfect for starting the day right. Highly recommended!
