Bis Tris is located on a quiet street close to Aoyama Gakuin. I have had lunch there a few times now. Each time I have eaten there the food has been amazing! During lunch time, they have a pasta lunch with two choices, and a chef's lunch which is a multi-course meal. The lunch pasta set comes with a beautiful fresh salad, warm bread, a choice from two pastas, depends but usually a meat pasta or a seafood pasta. The pastas are homemade from scratch, everything is extremely fresh, including the salad, the bread and the little cookies with coffee for a nice end to a wonderful meal. Can't wait to be back!

We had the lunch (4,000 yen) and dinner (8,000 yen + service charge) courses, and the food was carefully prepared and gentle on both the eyes and the palate, making it a great value for money! We also had four types of homemade bread, all of which were so delicious that we almost got full from them. The wine that was recommended was a rare type that I had never seen anywhere else, but I thought it had been well thought out to pair well with the food. It's a small shop with a nice atmosphere, and the two older guys who run the shop are polite and courteous.It's a shop you'll want to visit on a special day, where you feel like it's a waste to teach others.

I actually wanted to have dinner, but due to time constraints, I decided to have lunch instead. For lunch, I ordered two types of pasta, and my husband and I ordered one each to share. Both were very flavorful and delicious ♡
Is it fresh pasta? It was so delicious!
The interior of the restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere, like an adult Italian restaurant, and the staff were also very gentle and nice people.
I would like to have dinner next time as well.
