Bistro Biblical

I came for dinner with my wife and we both really enjoyed the meal. The portions were great and everything we had was fantastic. I was a big fan of the liver pate. They had a beef and deer one but it was sadly sold out.

We also tried a few glasses of wine and I enjoyed everything I was given.

Don't listen to the guy who left a 1 star review. This restaurant is incredible.

Food is very delicious but they need to improve their service and attitude towards customer. The assistant chef was sick and got runny nose. He shouldn’t go to work and cook. It was awful when he cleaned his nose and then prepared food in front of you. 🥶🥶🥶

My husband and I have visited this restaurant several times. The cuisine is very varied, filled with special sauces and ideas created by the chef, and you'll discover something new every time you visit. Even though the dishes are familiar, the chef's ingenuity turns them into surprises, making for a very enjoyable experience.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm and comfortable, allowing you to enjoy your meal at your leisure. You may not like counter seats, but the staff are very attentive. If you don't want to talk, they'll leave you alone, and if you want to talk to the chef, they'll talk to you about the food and other things in a friendly manner.
It has become a truly special favorite place for us. The food, the chef's talent, and the service are all excellent!

I tried various choices from the blackboard menu.
White liver carpaccio is a dish that you can enjoy with its silky smoothness and rich flavor.
The Kosui pear and peach mascarpone has a simple yet well-thought-out composition, and the aroma and sweetness of fresh fruit will hit your nose, and it goes well with the umami and acidity of the mascarpone.
Escargot butter.
The scent of herbs and the richness of butter are luxuriously intertwined and go well with white wine.
Roasted deer with plum sauce.
The medium-rare venison and fruity plum sauce go perfectly together. The fibers of the meat loosen with each bite, and the flavor spreads with each bite.
The white chocolate cheesecake with marinated peaches has a simple structure, with the richness of the cream cheese and the sweetness of the white chocolate, and the juiciness of the marinated peaches and just the right amount of acidity, making it delicate yet satisfying. It provides closure.
A bistro where you can casually enjoy delicious food and wine with friends.
