Birthday lunch for a partner with dietary restrictions: Budget 15,000 yen/person. It was difficult to find a restaurant because there are not only salt restrictions but also protein restrictions, but I was able to find a good one. At the time of making the reservation, I was asked if I would like to prepare something else since I don't have any restrictions, but I took the opportunity to ask for the same menu. Both he and I are very satisfied. I would like to use it again.
Since I'm a poor person, I choose dishes that are similar to the names I know. I would like people to look at this post with a warm eye, knowing that it was posted by someone who had an explanation but forgot it (sweat) and has no vocabulary.
- Something like sea urchin chawanmushi. The scent of sea urchin was fluffy and delicious.
・Salmon stuffed inside sea bream and topped with spinach and mussel soup sauce. Personally, I liked it the most.
・The bread was chewy and delicious. I wish I could have eaten 3 more (if only I didn't have dietary restrictions...)
・A shell stuffed with bite-sized spiny lobster and Inca no Mezame (a type of potato) potato salad. This is the first dish that struck me as having a gentle flavor with less salt in the course. It's not lacking and it's delicious.
・Matsusaka beef stew made into a mousse and wrapped in a pie. The vegetables below are probably boiled vegetables. It was crunchy and delicious. My partner's favorite.
・Mascarpone and strawberry cake. I couldn't taste the mascarpone, but the sweetness was just right and it was delicious.

Now that I remember it, I want to eat it again.

I loved the warm service in the completely private room.
It's a classic French style with a sense of stability.
It's tucked away in a residential area, so if you don't know about it, you won't be able to come.
It was delicious.

Orthodox French. Reservations are required and only private rooms are available, so you can relax and enjoy your stay without straining yourself. The building is a renovated house, but the interior is classic and nice. You will be soothed by the gentle flavor of the food and the warm service.
