Bistro Roven Shibakoen

Came here for lunch - arrived at 1230 and there were a few seats left.
Ordered the tomato 1150 yen and Demi-glace 1500 yen sauce rolled cabbage set. Came with salad, soup and all you can eat bread or rice.
The tomato was my preference as it wasn't to over powering in taste. Service was pretty slow and tables didn't get cleaned for a long time. Lunch time is cash only.
Great lunch and worth coming just think the cost is slightly high.

Nevermind my silly name, Roven is a very cute and cozy spot to hang out and eat a nice meal. Fair priced, and staff is very welcoming and nice.

Store recommended demi roll cabbage + soup, salad
1500 yen including tax + 300 yen

Soup, cup soup, only 1/3 of a cup is in it (see photo) and the taste is very average.
Salad, petit salad The leaves have a slightly harsh taste.

Demi-glace cabbage rolls.The texture of the cabbage is very soft.The meat inside was fluffy, but all the flavor of the meat is gone, so you don't feel like you're eating meat.In order to make it fluffy, there are a lot of ingredients mixed in. I wonder if it is?
The proud demi-glace has oil that separates and floats (see photo).The taste is bland, probably due to the oil, and the demi taste is not delicious either.
The best thing was the rice. It was cooked well and I could feel the flavor of the rice.

The cost performance is bad, 300 yen for soup + small salad is not necessary even considering the contents
Demi roll cabbage is too disappointing at 1500 yen, and the store can't recommend it.

Looking at the photos posted by other people, Demi's oil is sometimes there and sometimes it's not, so maybe it's a hit or miss?
In any case, the taste of the recommended menu will vary depending on the bad one.
