Nice basement bistro with quality menu. Came with business colleagues for a set menu dinner.

Pros: plenty of food! 6-course menu with ample offerings. Restaurant provided champagne and 2 bottles of wine to pair with the food.

Cons: Food was good, but not exceptional. Nothing stood out as the hit dish. The wines were good, but not truly fitting the courses properly, especially the heavy Bordeaux at the end that should have complimented the beef dish, but was 2 dimensional and didn’t stand well with the dish. Also, there was no dessert included in the course! If we could do it again, definitely have one less dish and add in dessert.

As this was a pre-arranged business dinner, I will not judge too harshly. I don’t know how much guidance the restaurant was given. The service was great and the ambiance was worth visiting again.

Best french cuisine I had in a while. Very cheap but high quantity. Easy access from the station. I'd definitely go again and again.

Depending on the restaurant, the foie gras terrine has a strange taste and I sometimes regret ordering it, but this one is always of high quality and delicious! ! !

And no matter what you order, it's delicious.
There are many dishes that you don't know the names of, but they will be happy to explain them to you, so feel free to ask the restaurant staff what kind of dishes they are.

Since I tend to order too much, they also advise me on the portion size.

I enjoyed the alcoholic beverages not in bottles but as a set of 3 drinks.
This is basically a restaurant where you can enjoy wine and food.
Even if you don't drink alcohol, it's better to just order and have someone drink it for you.
I'm also weak, so I ask my companion to drink more.

The staff also recommends Sauternes for the foie gras terrine, so be sure to try it as well! !
