Totally ◎. The customer service is good and the food is delicious. I was surprised to see that the price of lunch had suddenly increased, but I guess it can't be helped.
It's a popular restaurant, so reservations are recommended.
It's a wonderful restaurant where even just the salad dressing is elaborate, so I think I'd like to go there for dinner as well😃

It was on the Michelin Bib Gourmand list, so I went to try it out.

The materials and appearance are very simple. However, you will be surprised when you eat it.
The hardness of the pasta was al dente, and the cooking time was perfect, so I found the texture to be just the way I like it. The ingredients are simple, such as white fish and broccoli, but the cooking method is as if the amount of ingredients has been amplified five times. I think this is what makes it rich in flavor. It was a lunch that showed the talent of a talented chef. I'm happy to be able to experience this quality on the same day without a reservation.

It also looks simple. However, the more you eat, the more the taste of the ingredients spreads throughout your mouth, and you become addicted to it. In particular, the depth of the flavor of the pancetta was so great that I couldn't help but say, ``It's delicious!''
As expected, the boiled pasta had a stronger texture than usual, and it was delicious and went well with the various sauces.

The focaccia was free with refills, so next time I'd like to try it with more room in my stomach.
