I came to this place by chance on a weekday, right before lunch peak hour. Honestly, was very happy with quality of food & overall service. I brought along 2 young kids & my husband and the staff was very accommodating despite not having baby chairs etc.

We had a thin crust pizza, and a lunch pasta set and garlic bread. Everything was delicious, garlic bread was ok.

Just FYI that the restaurant is in the basement. To access it, we had to walk down narrow stairs. Very cool and interesting, but just be informed in case you have kids with lots of things to carry.

Overall recommend!

Good pizza, bad pasta

I wanted to go to a delicious Italian restaurant in Shinjuku, so I made a reservation at a restaurant recommended by a friend! The homemade Tabasco is so delicious! The pizza is thin so it's perfect for a snack.
And since I wasn't too full, I was able to eat other menu items as well ^^

The location is about 5 minutes walk from Shinjuku East Exit.
If you go down the alley behind Kinokuniya Bookstore, you will find it on the first basement floor.
The location is easily accessible from Shinjuku 3-chome.

This time I went on the weekend, so I made a reservation online in advance.
There are table seats lined up inside the store,
It feels like it's well separated.

Even if you don't like alcohol, there were a variety of soft drinks available.

I ordered a margherita pizza.
This time I shared the regular size.
The pizza dough was thin and crispy, and it was delicious!

I also wanted to eat pasta,
I also ordered the cream pasta with shrimp, which is a recommended menu item. The sauce is addictive.
The rich sauce with fresh cream and cheese and the aroma of the shrimp stock were delicious.
Anyway, the sauce is addictive!
The noodles were quite al dente and chewy.
There was also a pasta menu with `extra shrimp'', so it might be irresistible for shrimp lovers.

There were many à la carte menus, and there was also a wide selection of snacks available right away.
Next time I would like to go with a large group.
