A bit expensive for a burger, but a place where you can enjoy a true gourmet burger! The Burger comes with a combination of delicious wagyu beef, onion sauce, egg and amazing bun. Everyone deserves a personal reward once in a while, especially those that love hamburgers!

The burgers are delicious! I recommend not adding extra toppings and eating them as they are. The extra topping can overdo it and make it quite difficult to eat. The burger patty itself is made of A5 wagyu and was nice and rich and fatty. There were some hard bits of gristle in the patty which I don’t enjoy but nonetheless it is delicious. The fritto misto is very nice as well. Everything is battered and fried in a light tempura batter which really highlights the freshness of the ingredients they use. The desserts were out of this world. I normally don’t enjoy panna cotta because of its jello like texture but this pana cotta was rich and creamy instead of being gelatinous. The crème brûlée was very creamy however I don’t recommend adding all of the caramel sauce it comes with as it can be overpowering and too sweet. The service here is amazing. Our server Sonia was incredibly friendly and our food and drinks came out in a timely manner. Very pleased with this experience!

This small hamburger restaurant is one of the best I have experienced in the world. They serve “Wagyu” hamburgers of the highest quality. Their meat is most ideally cooked and very tasty. Buns are lightly toasted, a little bit chewy, and vey tasty, too. Among their menu, I strongly recommend the Salt Burger, which is a simple sandwich of medium rare Wagyu meat. You can enjoy the vey juicy Wagyu taste and flavor. For visitors from outside Japan, perhaps the size of their dish might be a little bit too small. I think they should offer bigger choices as well. The restaurant is about 10-15 minute walk from Gakugeidaigaku station of Tokyu Toyoko line.

Nice, cosy burger and modern European restaurant, located in Himonya, next to the police station. Small setting, with a few tables and a long metallic counter. Came for the maguro burger, which had large chunks of tender tuna, lightly seasoned with wasabi, just enough to tingle your nose, and came with crispy perfectly salted wedges. Friendly and welcoming waiter.

A friend visiting from out of town led me to this slightly confusing, but tasty restaurant. Now, the restaurant is confusing in nature because I’m not share how to categorize it—the sides dishes and appetizers are all distinctly Italian in nature, but the entrees are all burgers. Plus, the restaurant has a large wine selection. So, is it a high end burger joint? Wine bar? Italian? Unknown.

With that being said, the food was good. We had the white fish and octopus carpaccio; the white asparagus; the grilled portobello(?) covered in Gorgonzola and honey; the bolognese burger; and the lamb burger with cheese. All of the dishes were tasty. The asparagus and carpaccio were delightful. The Gorgonzola was a little heavy but the thicker mushroom segments masked it. The lamb burger was great, but the bolognese burger fell a little short—the burger bun was wonderfully toasted though the burger lacked substance.
