Superb quaint and atmospheric little café tucked in the back streets of Ueno. Lapin serve a wide range of drip and espresso coffee alongside morning sets, sandwiches, and cakes.
Menus are in both Japanese and English, so don't hesitate to drop in even if your Japanese is a bit rusty. Coffee is excellent and the morning sets are the perfect way to start the day! My wife loved the jam toast set, and I would happily go back for the egg toast set again and again.

Came here when the rains very heavy, didn’t regret it :) cozy cafe around the corner, and it feels so warm and good. The cheese toast tasted good, a thick slice of cheese inside warm bread

Old school cafe in a retro setting - Worked remotely in the area so i had ice cafe latte for takeout one time. Ended up going back daily since cause its so damn good. Service was really good too as the lady (didnt get her name) remembered my order the 3rd time i was there. Coffee is strong with a hint of roastedness. Highly recommend!
