This is a store I've been interested in for a while. My mother loves hot dogs, so I wanted to feed her some, but since I usually walk all around the area around my house, I decided to head here when I was thinking of going out a little further.
I visited him first thing in the morning (actually, I was the second one because the previous customer had already arrived, haha).
It's a nice shop with a large wooden deck and an open feel.The owner has an intelligent atmosphere that shows that he is very particular about what he makes, and his wife seems to be cheerful yet supportive of her husband. , they were a very nice couple.
Since it was my first time, I ordered two things: the most popular chili beans, and the weekend-only egg and prosciutto topping. It will be ready in about 20 minutes.
However, since I waddled it home on a rented bicycle, it took a while on the way, and I got hit a few times, so the photo looks pretty intense lol, but it's my fault, and I had it wrapped up. At that time, it was already a beautifully shaped hot dog!
I reheated it a little and shared it with my mom, who was very impressed. The bread is light and crispy on the outside, but soft and moist on the inside. It's different from the bread you imagine when you imagine a hot dog. The sausage has a very smooth texture and no odor, and blends in well with other ingredients without clashing with them.
Some people have commented that it's expensive, but the size and quantity is such that it overflows when you eat it. There's nothing wrong with it considering the quality of the ingredients. There is also a menu posted in front of the store, so if it's your first time, it's a good idea to check before entering.
While looking at the menu that was included in the package, my mother said something like, ``This will be good next time, too.'' lol. However, next time I'll make sure to drive there so I can bring it home while it's still warm and in good condition. Thank you for the delicious hot dog.

The buns are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and are made with homemade flour, Hokkaido milk, and butter.
The sausage is made with beans and minced meat mixed with chili sauce, and the more you bite into it, the more delicious it becomes. The taste was quite similar to the sausages I had in Germany.

It's delicious, healthy and great.
There were a lot of people ordering takeout, so I guess they'll take this with them to the beach. nice.

The interior of the store is clean and the atmosphere of the staff is warm, making it a store you'll want to visit regularly.

The owner of this shop wanted to be a baker, and the hot dog bread has a texture similar to crispy French bread on the outside and fluffy white bread on the inside!
