A number of dishes made from carefully selected ingredients not only from around Hakodate but also from within Hokkaido are created at a level that is several steps above the level of work that would be considered optimal. All of the dishes I enjoy are wonderful, and I appreciate how much time and effort has gone into it.
It was a happy three hours where the thoughts of various producers were sublimated, and you could feel the Hokkaido breeze and feel like you were on a trip.
The service lady also served customers politely and with a comfortable distance.
If I lived in Hokkaido, I would like to visit each season.
I would like to go on a trip to Hokkaido again when the season changes and I can make a reservation here.

I asked for wine to go with the food, and as expected from a husband and wife sommelier, it goes without saying that the wine would go well with the food, and he was good at finding out what the customers' tastes were. This is the first restaurant where I can seamlessly slide from white to red to match the main dish. Rather than just saying, ``Drink this,'' they care about the customer's preferences until the very end. The dishes that my husband made skillfully expressed the sourness, salt, flavor, and umami, bringing out the maximum flavor of the ingredients. The shop is run by two young people, so I'm looking forward to the future. I will definitely visit again when I go to Hakodate.
