I asked for wine to go with the food, and as expected from a husband and wife sommelier, it goes without saying that the wine would go well with the food, and he was good at finding out what the customers' tastes were. This is the first restaurant where I can seamlessly slide from white to red to match the main dish. Rather than just saying, ``Drink this,'' they care about the customer's preferences until the very end. The dishes that my husband made skillfully expressed the sourness, salt, flavor, and umami, bringing out the maximum flavor of the ingredients. The shop is run by two young people, so I'm looking forward to the future. I will definitely visit again when I go to Hakodate.
