Quiet and cozy, handmade pasta , it’s great!

I visited for lunch on the weekend. It seems like the chef is the only one cooking and serving customers, but the restaurant is not only great at cooking, but also attentive. I visited with a friend, and they divided the food in advance and served it to me, so I was able to enjoy the meal at a leisurely pace. You can tell from the cleanliness of the restaurant and the food that they take great care in their work. We were able to sit down right after the store opened, so there were some people who couldn't get a seat, so we had to! In that case, it is better to make a reservation.

I wandered into the restaurant, but I was shocked by the impressive deliciousness.
The salad dressing and pasta are homemade and delicious! I couldn't say anything else.

However, since the owner of the restaurant serves customers and cooks by himself, there is no staff present when you enter the restaurant.
If it's during business hours, shout out to the kitchen and call for the owner.
I visited this restaurant for lunch the other day, so I would like to visit this restaurant again for dinner next time.

It may be a little difficult to find as it is located down a narrow alley, only 30 seconds walk from Kaminarimon. However, everyone who managed to get there and eat here must be happy.
Currently, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the chef is responsible for everything from cooking to serving the hall, making it difficult to provide vivid service, but I think it would be best if everyone could respond with understanding and cooperation.
However, the food served was always piping hot and served at the perfect time without any compromise. Antipasto, pasta, main dishes, and desserts are all perfect. In particular, the handmade pasta was chewy and had a wonderful flavor that you can't get in Italy.
My wife and I visited today, but next time we would like to visit with the whole family.
It was a feast.
