Great Italian restaurant in the heart of Tokyo. Small and intimate, so great place for a dinner date or business meeting.

On January 21, '23, I visited Casa Bella in search of Roman-style carbonara that doesn't use fresh cream. Casa Bella was located near the National Stadium and was a restaurant filled with handmade items. I received the course. It was my first time trying tripe, and I was surprised at how delicious it was. I was looking forward to the Roman-style carbonara, and the granciale was extremely delicious, but what really shocked me was the rich flavor and orange-colored sauce made from Takahashi eggs. I thought it was sea urchin sauce.
The lasagna we brought home was also really delicious. I would like to come visit you on some kind of anniversary.

I used it for my wedding anniversary 3 years ago.
The hospitality was wonderful, and I was impressed by the hospitality and thoughtfulness of the restaurant for our anniversary. Also, the chef, his wife, and the staff were all very nice, and the restaurant had a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to spend time. I made a reservation for my favorite carbonara, but the appetizers and other course dishes were very delicious. It doesn't look like the gorgeous, colorful dishes you often see on TV, but it tastes amazing, and I think it brings out the flavor of the ingredients, and I think I like the seasoning as I eat it up in no time. I did. Of course, the carbonara was also rich and the flavor of the eggs was strong. Since my second child was born, I can't go there easily, but I definitely want to use it again for my anniversary.
