At dinner.
It's been a while since I've had a proper Italian meal, so I went there with high expectations, but the deliciousness didn't disappoint.

The amuse is green peas castella-style cheese sauce. It may look like a dessert, but it's a refreshing dish with a strong green pea flavor that will whet your appetite.

The cold appetizers include carpaccio of hamafukidai and homemade ham of Yamagata pork. The sauce for the carpaccio is made from beets and has just the right amount of acidity, which goes well with the light and firm flesh of the fish.

The hot appetizer is white asparagus fritto. Sakura shrimp is kneaded into the batter, giving it a strange taste similar to kakiage. The sauce is an orange paste, which is a perfect combination of deep-fried lemon.

The pasta is corzetti with deer ragu. The official name was Corzettiara, but it was too long to remember. It's strangely shaped like a gnocchi pinched and twisted in the middle, and has a chewy texture that holds up well to the rich sauce from the deer ragu.

The main course is two types of grilled beef and veal. The pasteurization is exquisite, allowing you to enjoy the flavor of the meat while still having a soft texture. The garnished vegetables are simple and just right. It goes well with the 15 year aged balsamic sauce.

The final pasta is Roman-style chitalline. I love that you can boil it to suit your stomach. Personally, I would have liked to have more available.

Dessert is tiramisu style with mascarpone and tea jelly. It has a light taste and is perfect for refreshing the palate.

The volume of the entire course was just right, and even with one glass of bubbles and one glass of white, and one full bottle of red, the cost was very reasonable at 15,000 yen per person.

The chef's explanations were concise and easy to understand, and we had a great time. I would definitely like to visit again when the seasons change.

This is an Italian restaurant near Shinjuku Akebonobashi Station.
I've been here twice for lunch, and each time they serve dishes that are exquisite in both the ingredients and the appearance, but the prices are modest and good value for money.

All of the dishes are delicious without being pretentious, and the combination of ingredients that I have never experienced before will fascinate you. Everything from the timing of the serve to the customer service is excellent, so the only complaint I have is that it's far from my house 😂

I think it's one of the famous restaurants that I wouldn't be embarrassed to introduce to anyone.

The grilled duck meat was absolutely delicious. We recommend having the omakase course and enjoying what comes with what wine.
There are some neat and unexpected chords mixed into the restrained pianissimo, but it's not a combination of things that are 180 degrees opposite, but rather a combination of things that are only 30 degrees apart.
