My first attempt to go here had a long queue, so I decided to come back another day. When I did return another day, there was no queue and plenty of free tables.
The smore and brownie were great. Almond milk is available in coffee.
I was directed upstairs on arrival. There were no menus or instructions. After selecting a seat upstairs, you then need to go down to order and take your food back up with you.

We came in this morning (about 10:45 am). Took few mins. to have a seat by ourseleves and then make an order with the staff.

Delicious desserts - tried a little flight of desserts and their ice cream with hot chocolate. Unfortunately, the server was quite rude to us, non Japanese speakers.
They have a weird seating system where you go upstairs, take a seat, and then go back downstairs to order your food. We didn't understand and the cashier lady was very brusque and short tempered.
All in all, would come back, maybe the woman was having a bad day.
