Previously, I used to use it as a wine bar late at night, so I only came here to drink wine, but the food was said to be delicious, so I decided to use it as my first restaurant this time. Ta.
As rumored, the food was also very delicious.
The flavors were well balanced and everything I ate was delicious. Of course, there's the wine. It's the best including the price. On this day, I received a Chassagne-Montrachet Chaillet from 1982, and I was very satisfied with the recommendation as it was a very nice color that seemed to be in good condition. This time the food was a la carte, but next time I would like to try the course meal.

I immediately visited ``élevé'', a wine bar run by a sommelier and a young chef who became independent from ``Le Bourguignon'' in Roppongi.

I think the standard for a good wine bar is to offer a variety of good brands of wine by the glass, and élevé is just what I expected. Bottles are reasonably priced, making this a must-see for wine lovers.

I'll leave it to others to talk about the wine and talk a little about the food. This is a wine bar, but it has the appearance of a French restaurant with a counter-centered atmosphere until 10pm. The chef seems to be in his 20s, so I thought he would create a youthful menu, but instead of relying on traditional menus and techniques, he has a professional finish that adds a touch of originality to them. This is probably the genealogy of "Le Bourguignon".

Due to the location of Mita and the classic structure of the restaurant, this restaurant is likely to be enjoyed not only by young people but also by seniors. It's also great that you can enjoy delicious snacks and good wine until 1am.

The location is worthy of being called a hideout (I get lost when using Google Maps, lol), but it should become a well-known restaurant among those in the know. I'll visit you again, thank you very much.

A French-centered restaurant and wine bar tucked away in a somewhat hard-to-find location.
The dishes are easy to use and don't make you tired.
Irresistible for wine lovers.
