I went in as soon as it opened on Sunday evening at 17:30. I bought a meal ticket and was seated right away. Since it was late for lunch, I ordered meat sauce M with demi-glace sauce and a green salad.
As soon as I sat down, my green salad came out. The ginger dressing was very delicious. The salad didn't smell bad and the water was drained properly and it was crunchy.
First of all, the meat sauce was eaten as is, and the sweet demi-glace sauce of the chunky meat and the fresh pasta were chewy and mixed well with the sauce. It is very tasty. The taste changed from the second bite, and I poured cheese and olive oil with hawk claw garlic on it and finished it in no time. I think I would have eaten one size larger than usual.
Overall, if you have pasta with braised meat on it, you can probably get about three times the price. If there is a menu that is satisfying to eat, it will be a hit. Also, I thought it would have been a good impression if the staff just smiled a little more and said Welcome cheerfully.
At the end, I received a coupon that I could use next time. I'll visit you again.
