Pancakes, as other reviewers have mentioned aren't the fluffy, souffle kind but are more traditional American style pancakes. Absolutely delicious, even if a bit sweeter than what I'd prefer.
The pancakes are absolutely loaded and extremely sweet. I added a third pancake to my set (normally 2) and the toppings were still more than enough to avoid using the provided maple syrup.

We walked maybe a mile or 2km from our hotel to get here. I felt lucky we got seats at the bar because the place was pretty full. Their pancakes are very different from the fluffier ones but delicious in their own way. Beautiful presentation and friendly service. Try their parfaits!
