Fukumanen Gulou

Another rare experience. This is an casual Chinese restaurant where I had been keen to visit. Unlike their ordinary Chinese restaurant exterior, they serve extraordinary menu.

I found black bear dishes as a seasonal menu. I must say ‘best ‘black bear meat I have ever tried!
The lamb was also superb. Moreover they have rare Chinese wine. Definitely recommend for people who love food. ;)

I've been curious about this place for a long time
I was able to go!

Delicious and impressive from start to finish!
I'm really glad I was able to go here

It's better to try a variety of menus if you have the chance.
I think it's good, so if it's at night, I recommend multiple people.

This time I made a reservation for 9 people.

I was a little confused as to how to open the door, but once I entered the restaurant, I saw a calm Chinese-style interior, and the fact that the restaurant was nearly full showed how popular it was.

This time, we ordered vegetable fried rice, fried dumplings, black vinegar sweet and sour pork, spring rolls, sesame dumplings, Shanghai xiao long bao, Tsingtao beer, Ebisu beer, and iced jasmine tea.

The black vinegar sweet and sour pork was particularly impressive. The rich aroma of black vinegar and the juicy flavor of the pork were amazing. This is a wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Chinese food at a reasonable price.

This is a store I've been interested in for a while.
I ordered the skin-on pork stew in a pot.

The simmering pork looks very delicious.
Hot but delicious.

The accompanying soup and almond tofu are also good.
