I visited for the first time in a while since Corona.
Conveniently located right next to Higashi Ginza A2 exit.
The shop makes noodles on the first floor, and the second floor seems to be a dining area.
All-you-can-drink course is around 5,000 yen.
Appetizers include jellyfish, duck, and bar chicken.
Stir-fried water spinach, black and sour pork, fried eggplant, special fried chicken, mapo tofu, chili shrimp, and although I don't have a photo, I had almond tofu with Shanghai yakisoba.
The special fried chicken is so delicious that you will get addicted to the grainy Japanese pepper.
The fried eggplant was also refreshing and popular.
The mapo tofu has a perfect spiciness without being too spicy.
The all-you-can-drink options include standard Shaoxing wine and coconut milk.
What is noteworthy is the customer service.
In the past, I have had cold customer service at Chinese restaurants, but this was not the case at all.
I told them it was delicious and they both thanked me! It felt very good.
It was a nice shop, I will come again.
