This is the original mushroom hotpot restaurant. The main store is in Roppongi, but this time I visited Ginza. Reserve by course. The appetizers are neatly arranged on nine plates.
The shark fin appearance is a beautiful visual. It's filling and satisfying. All mushroom hotpots are served by the staff.
There are also types of mushrooms that I have never seen before in Japan, and each one seems to have different effects. Looks good for health.
The seasoning is mild and you can tell when you taste it that there is no cheating at all. It has a taste that is suitable for elderly people.
