Fortunately, on the day I visited, Mr. Sakamoto, the owner and pizzaiolo, was there, so I had Mr. Sakamoto bake the pizza for me.

For pizza, choose Bismarck.

Although the dough is thoroughly baked, it retains the necessary amount of moisture, resulting in the perfect texture: crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Truly a craftsmanship.
Also, since the dough itself is extremely delicious, the synergistic effect of baking it to the perfect degree will give you a sense of happiness.

I took the opportunity to add a margherita, which was also perfectly grilled. Both pizzas were really delicious and I was impressed.
I realized once again that if the baker is different, the pizza will be different.

The quality of the appetizers and sweets was also excellent, making it a very satisfying lunch time.

I have visited the main store several times, so this time I went to the second store.
I had a salsiccia pizza for lunch.
Toppings are salsiccia and friarielli.
It's a standard combination for pizza toppings, but this is actually the first time I've had Friarielli.

Friarielli has a slightly bitter taste and is easy to eat without much of a taste, but I personally didn't like it that much.

The dough was harder and more elastic than the one at the main store.
The dough at this restaurant is delicious, and the harder you chew, the more you can enjoy the wheat flavor.

This was my first time having friarielli, but I discovered something new: it doesn't really suit my taste.
The quality of the pizza is very high and this is my favorite pizzeria, so next time I'll try another pizza.
