A long-established Chinese restaurant located in a quiet location along Mejiro Street.
It is a two-story building with only a counter on the first floor.
The staff work very efficiently in the open kitchen.

I ordered the special fried rice set meal.
Comes with fried rice, 2 side dishes, and soup.
Ingredients are eggs, onions, green peppers, shrimp, and braised pork.
It's a little more than a little between moist and flaky.

Subtle seasoning with a slight soy sauce aroma.
The key point is that it's not grilled pork, but braised pork.
When you bite into it, the flavor of the pork fat and broth mixes with the fried rice.
The three large shrimp on top have an irresistible crunch.
The sweetness of the green peppers and onions, rather than green onions, makes for a mildly flavorful fried rice.
It was elegant and very delicious!

At noon on a public holiday. It was 12 o'clock, but I went to the last minute counter.

The counter on the first floor feels like a nostalgic local Chinese restaurant.
It's fun because you can watch the cooking process and see how skillful the chefs are.

I was interested in tomato tanmen, but they also had kakuni in it, so I ordered that.
The tomatoes are crunchy and delicious.
I thought the tomato flavor would have soaked into the soup more, but the salty flavor soaked into the tomatoes, which was nice.

Tanmen is salt-based, so it's basically refreshing.
Enjoy the different flavors by adding the shop's special garlic soy sauce and vinegar.

There were many menu items so I would like to visit again.

Two types of ramen, lettuce wrapped, and one drink each cost about 4,200 yen. A little luxury for holidays.

I was at work and noticed the signboard, so I went in.

I could tell from the exterior that it was a stylish building, but the interior was more stylish than I expected, giving it the feel of a Japanese-style dining bar.

First, I ordered the signature tomato tanmen, but in anticipation that it would be a little lacking, I also ordered the special fried rice.

When I tasted it, the tanmen had a light and light texture as expected, but it seems like it can be made more punchy by adding garlic and soy sauce.

What was surprising to me was the fried rice, which was crispy and each ingredient asserted itself, making it one of the best dishes I've ever tasted.

The menu is extensive, including alcohol, so I'd like to try a different type of fried rice next time.
