We ate dinner here as we stayed in the Hamacho Hotel above it. The prices seemed pricey but the food we received was worth the money. We ordered the pork and beef rib with the fried squid for appetiser. The policy is also that each diner must buy 1 drink with the meal. If you’re ok with that then everything is great. There are non alcoholic drinks to order.

Staff is inattentive. The waitress was refilling the water in the cups of the customers all around us but kept ignoring us until I flagged her down. I placed the cup at the end of the table to get her attention. Worse was the rice, it was hard and clumped together, as if it was left over rice. The best thing was the Basque cheesecake.. which I would say is the 2nd best Ive had in Japan, second to 6th Oriental Hotel in Yurakucho. But unfortunately it is rather small, and ruined by their decision to put blue cheese as the topping. It totally does not go with the flavor of the cheese cake. And a minor annoyance, is their decision to put a bowl of fish by the register. There were a ton of kids harassing the fish during the entire time we ate there.

We went here to eat dinner since we stayed at the hotel, the food was really delicious and the restaurant had a good atmosphere with nostalgic music.

I think the staff was all doing a good job keeping the customers happy :)

Only thing is I wish they would give us butter with the bread, but that is a minor detail!

(I really recommend the yuzu+lemon sour, it was good!)

Unfortunately, the price and ambience did not match the quality of the food & service we received.

First off, the negatives:
The hummus (ordered as a starter) came at the same time as the main course. The appetiser also arrived late. Unfortunately the hummus was also dry and lacked consistency.

The pasta main course tasted average, however, the portion size did not match the price. The chefs and the staff should communicate better to serve dishes at a comfortable pace (not too fast!).

Now onto the positives…
- the drinks were great (mojito);
- the ambience is very nice (just deserves more attention to be paid to the food to go with it).

Overall, I cannot recommend for dining out, but if you fancy a drink and happen to be in the area, it is not a bad option.

Brand new all-day-dining spot with very cool vibe.
Both hotel guests and non hotel guests can dine.

Although the food is great, I personally fell in love with the speakers..! Not too much, not too saddle.
