Peking duck tastes like having sand in it. Don’t try.

Unique tantanmen place. Great to warm even to coldest blooded on a miserable day like today. Very well balanced Miso and ground beef. Not overly spicy but enough punch to fully appreciate all the unique flavors. Not overly heavy on the mountain pepper but, just enough to bring the tongue numbness. They make their own noodles and you get a coffee between plain (twisty to grab more soup), veggie (mine), Ginger, mountain pepper (most popular), yuzu (Citron) and burdock(partners). Both seemed to be lighter than usual. Topped off by rich anindofu and pear juleè for dessert. Good because we're hitting up a poutinerie after. :)
